I highly recommend M-Azad construction based our recent roofing project. The owner provided a clear and detailed project proposal and also spent time to discuss any questions and provide a specific work plan and a timetable that he stuck to. Regular and consistent communication during the project which included daily updates with photos and status reports allowed us to confirm progress and feel confidence that all work was happening as planned and on schedule. This is an essential / invaluable factor in my recommendation of his full line of contracting services.

Mandip and his team are very responsive, clean, organized, efficient and always professional. All completed
projects are always better than expected, and additionally he and his team always leave the work area clean
which is a huge plus in itself.Various projects include a bathroom remodel which came out beautifully and exceeded our expectations, see photos attached.
In addition I’ve had him replace my sidewalk due to a NYC violation. He dealt with various paperwork between Landmark’s and
DOT with no issues or delays, which is always a feat in itself when it comes to Landmarks. He’s also done other projects for
me which included painting of a tenant’s apartment, re-tiling of my hallways and bathroom, repairing a staircase, sheet rocked
and taped water damaged kitchen ceiling, basement clean out etc. Most recent job was when I made an emergency call to him
to help to deal with replacement of a clogged toilet before COVID-19 phase I re-opening. He took all the necessary precautions to
make me feel comfortable working in my house. As a final thought on Mandip, I know I can trust him to do the right thing for his client.

I highly recommend Manny and his team. I had a cement floor installed in a two car garage and security bars and latches on windows and doors at my home. Our carpeted Garden Level flooring had been severely damaged due to a flood. M-Azad Construction was hired to install new large format tile flooring. Mandip supervised the work personally, temporarily moving the contents into the rear yard; installing the new flooring and returning the contents to the Garden Level; a beautiful job; well supervised.
